Chengfeng Zhou

Position: Chairman

Since 1997, Mr. Chengfeng Zhou has served as chairman and CEO of China Education Resources Inc. In addition, he served as president and director for the private investment holding company, Double Ocean Investments Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia from 1994 through 2004. Mr. Zhou is also a director for Allied Pacific Properties and Hotels Ltd. Prior to 1994, he acted as an advisor to a number of companies in Ontario and China. Committed to the field of global education, Mr. Zhou was a lecturer at Beijing United University for seven years. In 1983 he obtained his Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the People's University of China in Beijing, and from 1990 to 1991 he studied business in the Faculty of Business Administration of Memorial University of Newfoundland.

 
Ronald C. Shon
Vancouver, British Columbia

Position: Director

China Education Resources Inc. director, Mr. Ronald Shon has been an integral member of the company since 2000. Since 1977, Mr. Shon has also served as president of the Shon Group of Companies, a group of privately held real estate investment and development companies. In addition, since 1986, Mr. Shon has been a director of the publicly traded Spectra Group of Great Restaurants Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1975 and his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1977.

 
Danny Hon
Vancouver, British Columbia

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hon is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years experience in accounting and finance experience. He became an Associate member of The Certified General Accountants Association of Canada in 1994 and a Certified Financial Planner in 1998. Mr. Hon became a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom in 1992 and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999. Mr. Hon received his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 2000.

 
Hai Guan
Beijing, China

Position: President, Today's Teachers Technology and Culture Ltd.

Appointed as president of CER's Chinese operating subsidiary, Today's Teachers Technology and Culture Ltd. in August 2002, Mr. Guan served the organization since 1996 as vice president. A Beijing resident, Mr. Guan served as the business officer for the Beijing Daily and had been involved in the Literature and Art Department of Beijing Television. As co-founder of the Beijing Huili Science and Culture Research Institute, he also served as the institution's deputy director. From 2003 to 2004 Mr. Guan studied in the Executive Masters of Business Administration program at Qinhua University.

 
Vivian Pu Chen
Beijing, China

Position: Chief Financial Officer of Today's Teachers Technology and Culture, Ltd. & CER's Chinese Operations

Serving as chief financial officer, Ms. Chen joined CER's Chinese operating subsidiary, Today's Teachers Technology & Culture Ltd., a privately held educational product company in 2005. Prior to this appointment, she was an auditor at Ernst & Young from 2002-2005. Ms. Chen received her Master of Commerce degree, with a major in accounting and minor in taxation from the University of Sydney in 2002. Earlier in 2000, she earned her Bachelor of Economics from Renmin University of China (Beijing, China). Ms. Chen speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
