China Education Resources Grants 450,000 Options, Cancels 300,000 Options, 1,150,000 Options Expire

| | VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(July 30, 2008) - China Education Resources Inc. ("CER," the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHN) (OTCQX:CHNUF) - announced today that 1,150,000 share purchase options have expired and that 300,000 share purchase options have been cancelled. The Company also announced that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 450,000 share purchase options to three directors. These options will vest immediately and are exercisable for a period of five years at $1.00 per common share.
