China Education Resources Engaged by MOE for July National Teacher Training Program

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(June 10, 2010) - China Education Resources Inc. ("China Education", "CER", "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHN) (OTCQX:CHNUF) - today announced that it has been engaged by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE) for a national online teacher training program involving approximately 20,000 teachers from Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Tibet and Qinghai Provinces. The 10 day program will commence on July 28, 2010.

As was stated in the press release of June 2, 2010, teacher training is the important first step in CER (CHN/CHNUF)'s 4 step growth strategy. As more teachers are trained and become familiarized with CER (CHN/CHNUF)'s leading edge products, the increased exposure will continue to be a progressive benefit for the company and the academic community (students, parents and administration) as well.

This is further exemplified by CER (CHN/CHNUF)'s Chairman and CEO, C.F. Zhou's statement that "CER has developed the most leading edge teacher training platform in China. We are one of 3 companies and the only public company which has been endorsed by the MOE to conduct online teacher training programs on a national basis. This program is important for 2 main reasons. Firstly, the endorsement of the MOE gives us a great deal of credibility. Secondly, it gives us the opportunity to more easily introduce our online programs and services to the 5 provinces."
